Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 12 to 15 days after confirmation. Customs checks or peak periods can occasionally add a few days.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, and £3.99 on orders under £50. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Please allow the full estimated delivery window, then contact info@kaidric.com with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email info@kaidric.com with your order number. You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law.
What is the 30-Day Trial?
You have 30 days from delivery to try your KAIDRIC purchase, and you can wear it and ride in it. If it does not work for you, we refund you in full or send you another size once the item is back with us. Return postage is at your cost, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. On our boots, this is our 30-Day Both Feet Down Guarantee.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every KAIDRIC product is covered for 1 year from delivery against manufacturing defects. We repair, replace or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We replace, exchange or refund it, and we cover the return postage.
