RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to orders placed on kaidric.com.

1. 30-DAY TRIAL (ON OUR BOOTS: THE 30-DAY BOTH FEET DOWN GUARANTEE)

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to try your KAIDRIC purchase, and you can wear it and ride in it. If it does not work for you, email info@kaidric.com with your order number and the reason. Once the item is back with us, we refund you in full or send you another size. Return postage is at your cost, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

2. 1-YEAR WARRANTY

Every KAIDRIC product is covered for 1 year from delivery against manufacturing defects. On our boots, this covers the boot and the StealthLift™ core. Email info@kaidric.com with your order number and photos: we repair, replace or refund. Normal wear and misuse are not covered.

3. YOUR LEGAL RIGHT TO CANCEL

On top of the trial, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Tell us within those 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days. Return postage is at your cost.

4. HOW TO SEND AN ITEM BACK

Email us first at info@kaidric.com: we reply with the return address and the steps to follow. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be processed.

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, email info@kaidric.com as soon as possible, ideally within 72 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We offer a replacement, an exchange or a refund, and we cover the return postage.

6. REFUNDS

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Your bank may need a few extra days.

7. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it: email info@kaidric.com with your order number. After 24 hours, or once your order has shipped, the 30-day trial or your legal right to cancel applies.

8. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

Carriers, customs or weather can cause delays. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we send a replacement or refund you.

9. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
