Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box: no logos, no labels, nothing that shows what's inside. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or a bank holiday are processed the next working day.
Most orders arrive within 12 to 15 days from the date your order is confirmed. Customs checks or peak periods can occasionally add a few days. It's rare, but we'd rather you know upfront.
UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. On orders under £50, standard UK delivery is £3.99. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You can also use the "Track My Order" link on our website at any time.
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it: email info@kaidric.com with your order number.
