“Super comfortable and the fit is perfect. The armour feels protective without being bulky, and I love that they still look good off the bike. Great riding trousers!”
— Savannah W., Devon

Kaidric Ironclad — Women's Riding Trousers

Real CE Level 2 protection, cut for a woman's body — so you finally stop choosing between safe and comfortable.

£129 £184
-30%

CE Level 2 armour — knee + hip protection, removable, crash-rated.

Designed for women — tailored waist and hips, not a shrunk men's cut.

Breathable, summer-ready — ventilated build for long, hot rides.

Water-resistant — sheds rain and road spray, dries fast.

Most "women's" riding trousers are a men's pattern shrunk down and dyed. The Kaidric Ironclad is the opposite: engineered from the ground up around a woman's waist, hips and riding position — then armoured to the same CE Level 2 standard the pros trust. High-tenacity technical polyester takes the abrasion. 4-way stretch moves when you do. Removable knee and hip armour absorbs the hit. Six pockets, boot-friendly ankles, machine washable. Gear that holds the road, built for how you actually ride. Backed by a 1-Year Warranty and a 30-Day Trial.

Designed for women. Not downsized from a men's pant.

"Unisex" usually means "designed for a man, tolerated by a woman." We started over — from the female body up.

A Fit That Was Actually Cut For You

Shrinking a men's pattern gapes at the waist, pinches at the hip, and rides wrong in the saddle. The Ironclad is patterned around a woman's shape — tailored through the waist and hips, contoured for the riding position, flattering off the bike. No compromise on safety to get there.

Same Crash Protection. No Exceptions.

A better fit means nothing if the armour is downgraded — so we didn't. Removable CE Level 2 knee and hip protectors, high-tenacity technical polyester built for abrasion. The impact zones are rated to the exact same international standard as our men's line. Feminine cut, full armour.

Built For The 8-Hour Ride, Not Just The Photo

Ventilated, breathable technical fabric for hot summer runs. 4-way stretch that moves with every lean and stop. Lightweight enough to cut fatigue on long distances, tough enough to wear every day. Six pockets keep your gear in reach; the ankles open wide to sit over your boots.

Certified For Motorcycle Impact

The Ironclad's armour is independently tested and certified to international protective standards.

"First riding trousers that fit like they were made for me — because they were."

I've spent three seasons swimming in men's mediums cinched with a belt. These sit right at the waist, don't gap in the back when I lean into the tank, and the armour is legit. Wore them 6 hours on a canyon run and forgot I had them on.

"Real protection AND I don't look like a Michelin man."

I went down at low speed in a car park two weeks in. Hip armour did its job — bruise, not a break. And off the bike they honestly just look like nice tactical trousers. That combo did not exist for women before.

    "Summer game-changer."

Cornwall in August on a bike is brutal. The vents actually move air and the fabric doesn't stick to me at every red light. Breathable was the one thing my old gear couldn't do. Sold.

"Sized up on the chart's advice and it was perfect."

I'm between a 30 and 32, ordered the larger per the guide, and the fit over my hips is spot on with room for base layers. The stretch panels are the secret — full range of motion swinging a leg over.

"My husband's trousers had armour. Mine finally do too."

Rode for years in fashion moto jeans with zero protection because nothing 'women's' had real CE armour and a fit I'd wear. These have both. Should've been the standard a decade ago.

"Great trousers, order true to your hips."

Love the build and the pockets are genuinely useful. Only knocking one star because I should've trusted the hip measurement over my usual size — a quick exchange fixed it and support was fast. Would buy
    again.

FAQ

Are these actually cut for women, or just a smaller men's pant?

Cut for women. The Ironclad is patterned from the ground up around a woman's waist, hips and riding position — not a men's block shrunk down. You get the tailored, flattering fit and the exact same CE Level 2 protection as our men's line.

Is this real crash protection or just padded fashion trousers?

Real protection. Removable CE Level 2 knee and hip armour sits in dedicated impact zones, backed by high-tenacity technical polyester built to resist abrasion in a slide. Certified to EN 1621-1:2012 and EU 2016/425.

Won't they be hot in summer?

No — that's the point of the build. Ventilated, breathable technical fabric plus airflow zips are engineered specifically for long, hot rides, so you stay protected without cooking at every stoplight.

How do I choose my size — should I size up?

Measure your waist and pick the size that matches on the size chart: it follows our factory's size guide. Between two sizes, or wearing a base layer underneath? Take the larger size. Sizes run XXS–4XL.

How do I care for them?

Remove the armour, machine wash cold on gentle, hang dry or tumble low. No bleach, no iron. Reinsert the armour before you ride.
Tip: one wash before the first ride opens up the fabric's full breathability.

What's the warranty and return policy?

Every pair is covered by a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects, plus 30-Day Returns, no questions asked — if they're not right for you, send them back for a full refund.

Most women's riding trousers are a men's pattern shrunk and recolored

They gap at the waist, pinch at the hip, and often quietly drop to Level 1 armour (or none). The Ironclad is patterned for a woman's body and holds full CE Level 2 protection — you don't trade safety for fit. And where others hide a 60-day trial to look generous, we keep it straight: 1-Year Warranty + 30-Day Returns, no questions asked, real rider support, real tracking.
